Mechanical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete mechanical services installations associate with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations – Sanitaryware, Soils + Wastes Installations, Plumbing Installations, Gas Installations, Space Heating Installations, Ventilation and AC Installations, BEMS Controls, Rain Water Harvesting and Supply + Installation of Fire Fighting Equipment.
