    Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse ("FMI") indgik den 24. september 2026 en rammeaftale ("Aftalen") med the Boeing Company ("Boeing") om anskaffelse af service og vedligehold af Advanced Harpoon Weapon Control System (AHWCS). Aftalen har en løbetid på syv år, med option på forlængelse to gange med hver et år. Aftalen tildeles direkte – uden udbud – til Boeing, idet det er FMI’s vurdering, at betingelserne i forsvars- og sikkerhedsdirektivet (”FSD”) artikel 28, stk. 1, litra e, er opfyldt.
