RFT for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Calibration of Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (ITC) for Protein Complexes for Trinity College Dublin

Trinity College Dublin has been awarded an Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (ITC) from Particular Sciences Limited for €73,025.17 to measure heat evolved or absorbed from protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions. The equipment includes supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and calibration of a new or minimally-used state-of-the-art ITC system with approximately 200 micro-Liter cell volumes, temperature range of 4–60°C, and accompanying software capable of analyzing binding models including dissociation constant, enthalpy, and entropy, with preference for Origin 7 file compatibility for data continuity.
