FMI har afgang til at servicere og vedligeholde eksisterende materiel gennem aftalen samt tilkøbe materiel ved behov. FMI har vurderet, at der er hjemmel til at indgå denne rammeaftale under FSD art. 28, stk. 1, litra e.
