Systemet ska hantera avvikelserapportering på ett effektivt och användarvänligt sätt, då detta är centralt för bolagets verksamhet. Anbudsgivarens offererade lösning ska möta de krav som ställs i detta upphandlingsdokument med tillhörande bilagor. Utöver nyttjanderätten till Saas-lösningen omfattar upphandlingen även tjänster avseende implementering, integrationer, support och SLA samt styrning, samverkan och utveckling.
