THW Ortsverband Ehingen, Berkacher Straße 64, 89584 Ehingen (Donau) Gebäude: - Ortsverbandsgebäude: Zweigeschossige Massivholzkonstruktion in leimfreier Bauweise. Gebäudemaße ca. 28,00 m x 14,05 m x 8,10 m (LxBxH) auf betonierter Bodenplatte. - KFZ Halle: Holzkonstruktion mit 5 KFZ-Boxen, einem Innenlager und einem Außenlager. Gebäudemaße ca. 29,70 m x 12.50 m x 5,75 m (LxBxH). Hauptträger und Stützen aus Brettschichtkonstruktion auf Beton Bodenplatte. Beide Gebäude haben Flach- oder flach geneigte Dächer mit extensiver Begrünung und PV-Anlagen. Das Ortsverbandsgebäude wird mittels Wärmepumpen mit Wärmeenergie versorgt und bekommt zum Feuchteschutz eine Lüftungsanlage. Im Obergeschoss wird eine professionelle Kücheneinrichtung mit eigener Lüftungsanlage verbaut. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
