Die "Vorbereitung Baufeld Ost für HSA und nWD" soll außerhalb der derzeitigen Kasernenumzäunung ausgeführt werden. Im Anschluss daran erfolgt die separat geplante Maßnahme "G-Cap Inland Stufe 1". Die vorbereitenden Maßnahmen umfassen die Medienanbindung sowie die Anbindung der darauffolgenden G-Cap-Modulbauten. Darüber hinaus sind die Maßnahmen auch auf die zukünftige Baumaßnahme, den Neubau der Hallenschießanlage, die weiter in Richtung Südosten angrenzen soll, abgestimmt.
