CfT 5717983 Contract for Redevelopment of St. Anne's Court, Raheny

This contract was awarded via Mini Competition under Dublin City Council's Multi Party Framework Agreement for works contracts for residential works projects with a value exceeding €25,000,000. The development comprises of the complete demolition of five existing blocks at All Saints Park, Raheny, Dublin 5 together with the construction of 4nr new-build four storey high apartment buildings with 102nr older persons dwelling units and a community facility, including all associated landscaping, hard landscaping and road interface works, utilities connections and site services.
