Overview
The project brief comprises the refit of the ground floor to accommodate the increased staffing complement of the new PCSA, and provide meeting and training rooms for same. The floor area is c.350sqm and currently comprises 3 no. meeting rooms, an open plan office, and ancillary accommodation including storage, comms room, tea station and sanitary facilities. The proposed works retain these rooms in their current configuration, and subdivide the large open plan space to provide an office with ten workstations, and a large event/ Townhall space, capable of accommodating between 20 – 64 persons in a variety of configurations
