Overview

This is a bespoke tender process, which will be run under Article 74 of EU Directive 2014/24/EU (Annex XIV Services Formerly Annex II B).The Health Service Executive (HSE) on behalf of the National Social Inclusion Office (NSIO), hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties to submit tenders to develop a dedicated wastewater surveillance project to research and monitor Irish drug trends over a three-year period to inform research, policy and practice.
