Overview
Works comprise the decommissioning, dismantling, and disposal off-site of all services installations serving the residential blocks, including power supply, hot and cold water systems; waste systems, and all HV/AC equipment; followed by the demolition of all building elements, and recreation yards, and removal from site of all demolition debris. The area of the two blocks is c.1080sqm (540sqm each), and the works also include the demolition of two enclosed recreation yards, with hard surfaces. Each yard is c.260sm in area. The site is to be left clear, with new top soil and grass to all areas, and the building made good where required – e.g. repairs to walls, roof structure where disturbed/ adjoining buildings removed, and blocking up of any door opes.
