Overview
University of Galway is seeking a service provider for the provision of supply, implementation, service and management of an integrated Archives Management System (AMS) for its Heritage Collections at the University of Galway Library, delivered through a cloud based, Software as a Service, solution during the life of the Framework. Currently over 48,000 metadata records are held in the Archives Management System CALM. These records are expected to be migrated into the new Archives Management System as part of the implementation phase. The archival collections of the University of Galway are added to on an ongoing basis and records will be added to the system each year
