Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Beratungsleistungen zur Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung im Rahmen einer Zertifizierungsbegleitung QNG. Die Grundschule Ludwig-Winter-Straße soll auf einem bisher unbebauten Grundstück als kooperative Ganztagesgrundschule (KoGs) errichtet werden. Der Neubau umfasst eine 2-zügigen Schulgebäude mit der Option auf Erweiterung zur 3-Zügigkeit, eine 1-Fach Sporthalle und eine Mensa. Bei der Planung und Umsetzung sind die Vorgaben zur Umsetzung der Klimaschutzziele zu beachten. Das Gebäude soll den Standard KFW 40 NH erfüllen. Es wird angestrebt, den Neubau zu zertifizieren und über die KFW fördern zu lassen.
