Multi- Party Framework Agreement for HSE West Employers Representative Services - FW 05 Non Acute Healthcare Capital Works - Project Value €15M to €60M excl. Vat for HSE West

The Health Service Executive (HSE) has awarded a multi-party framework agreement for employers representative services to AECOM Ireland Limited on 10 June 2026, covering non-acute healthcare capital works projects valued between €15M and €60M excluding VAT in the HSE West region. The framework's initial project involves constructing a new 75-bed Community Nursing Unit at Ballina District Hospital with three floors of single ensuite bedrooms, alongside extensive refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing district hospital, including a commercial kitchen, physiotherapy area, and ancillary facilities, with total project scope of approximately 7,960 m2 to be delivered through separate construction contracts subject to approvals and funding.
