Overview
The proposed development at the National Concert Hall, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 consists of the conservation, refurbishment and upgrade of the existing National Concert Hall buildings. The total area of the National Concert Hall buildings redevelopment area is circa 19,152sqm (4207sqm basement and 14,945sqm above ground). The development includes a new rear extension to the west of the main auditorium. OPW is seeking the services of a Façade/ Envelope Design Consultant who will be responsible for the design, tender, sub-contractor and/or main contractor selection and site monitoring for the section of works set out in the Scope of Services document included in the tender pack.
