Overview

ESB procured the upgrade of its existing Network Management System (NMS) from version 2.4 to version 2.6 to maintain OEM support, enhance cybersecurity protection, and enable integration with critical applications. Oracle EMEA Limited was awarded the contract on 30 June 2025. This interim upgrade will sustain the current system while ESB pursues a separate procurement for a full Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) solution, expected to be completed by 2028.
