    Anskaffelsen vedrører indkøb og servicering af datakommunikation og beredskabslinjer, herunder migrering af eksisterende kobberforbindelser, der udfases. En væsentlig del af leverancerne omfatter beredskabskritisk fiber og radiokæder, der er essentiel for understøttelse af det danske sirenevarslingssystem. For at varetage Danmarks væsentlige sikkerhedsinteresser er proceduren gennemført i henhold til artikel 346, stk. 1, i Traktaten om Den Europæiske Unions Funktionsmåde (TEUF) og er derfor undtaget fra de almindelige EU-udbudsregler. På baggrund af ovenstående agter Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) at indgå en rammeaftale med TDC Erhverv A/S om datakommunikation og beredskabslinjer
