Sanitäre Arbeiten in einem Wirtschafts- und Betreuungsgebäude. Kantinen- und einen Gastronomiebereich mit je einer eigenen Vollküche und dazugehörigen Speise- bzw. Gasträumen. Die Dachfläche wird mit 17 Dachabläufen und 33 Speiern entwässert. Das Schmutzwasser der Einrichtungsgegenstände (14 WC, 15 WT, 155m² Installationswände / Entnahmestellen werden über 35 Grundleitungsanschlüsse entwässert. Das fetthaltige Schmutzwasser wird über 75 Grundleitungsanschlüsse einen Fettabscheider NG 20 mit Doppelhebeanlage zum Erdeinbau zugeführt. Im Bereich Trinkwasser kommen ein Hausanschluss, Druckerhöhungsanlage, Enthärtungsanlage, Umkehrosmose und Frischwasserstation zum Einsatz. Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
