The competition was for the provision of Renewable Energy and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Consultancy Services in ten (10) Lots: - Lot 1 Offshore wind consultancy and related training services: the scope of this Lot includes drafting a guidance document, on Occupational Safety and Health Guidance for Offshore Wind farms, in addition to providing training on this area. - Lot 2 Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) consultancy and related training services: the scope of this Lot includes drafting a guidance document, on Occupational Safety and Health Guidance for BESS in addition to providing training on this area. - Lot 3 Consultancy and training services on storage, handling and fire suppression for lithium-ion batteries on waste sites: the scope of this Lot includes drafting a guidance document, checklists on Occupational Safety and Health Guidance for Storage, Handling and Fire suppression for lithium-ion batteries on waste sites, in addition to providing training on this area. - Lot 4 Consultancy services on renewable technology: the scope of this lot covers providing advice on health hazards related to renewable energy technologies on this area, drafting guidance and providing training sessions on this area. - Lot 5 Consultancy and training services on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to ATEX (Explosive Atmospheres at Places of Work): the scope of this lot covers the provision of technical expertise on site with inspectors, drafting guidance in addition to providing training on this area; - Lot 6 Consultancy and training services on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to Machine Guarding: the scope of this lot covers the provision of technical expertise on site with inspectors, drafting guidance in addition to providing training on this area; - Lot 7 Consultancy and training services on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to Work Equipment in Use (Engineering): the scope of this lot covers the provision of technical expertise on site with inspectors, drafting guidance in addition to providing training on this area; - Lot 8 Consultancy and training services on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to Load Securing: the scope of this lot covers the provision of technical expertise on site with inspectors, drafting guidance in addition to providing training on this area; - Lot 9 Consultancy and training services on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to Racking: the scope of this lot covers the provision of technical expertise on site with inspectors, drafting guidance in addition to providing training on this area. - Lot 10 Consultancy and training services on Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) related to Docks and Ports: the scope of this lot covers the provision of technical expertise on site with inspectors, drafting guidance in addition to providing training on this area. As a result of no admissible tenders being received for Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9, the HSA will not establish Framework Agreements under these Lots and will procure the services under a Negotiated procedure in line with Art. 32 of Directive 2014/24/EU. As a result of only one admissible tender received for Lots 2, 3, 5 and 10 respectively, Single Party Framework Agreements will be established for these Lots. Please note the Framework Agreements were awarded as follows: Lot 1: Multi-Party Framework agreements with the following 3 parties in the following ranked order: Merkur Offshore GmbH; DNV Services UK Limited; Jennings O’Donovan and Partners Limited Lot 2: Single Party Framework Agreement awarded to DNV Services UK Limited Lot 3: Single Party Framework Agreement awarded to DNV Services UK Limited Lot 4: Multi-Party Framework agreements with the following 3 parties in the following ranked order: ASafe Global Limited; DNV Services UK Limited; Jennings O’Donovan and Partners Limited Lot 5: Single Party Framework Agreement awarded to DNV Services UK Limited Lot 10: Single Party Framework Agreement awarded to Portia Management Services Limited Please note that the Framework Agreement were established without award of an initial call-off contract.
