    Limerick City and County Council acting as a purchasing body is setting up a multi-supplier Framework Agreement ("the Framework Agreement") for the provision of Civil Works Contracts in relation to the development of Major National Roads Schemes (Capital Costs greater than €20m) in which the Council is involved in within the City and County of Limerick. Limerick City and County Council is the Contracting Authority and will procure mini-competitions (call offs) from this Civil Works Framework. The successful tenderers will subsequently enter into a Framework Agreement with the "Contracting Authority" (as Employer"). The Framework will allow for up to five framework contractors ("Participants") (provided sufficient tenderers quality) to qualify for a place on the Framework.
