    Cette consultation concerne les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre relatives à la réhabilitation et extension de la station d'épuration de Savignac-Les-Ormeaux(09) qui traite les eaux usées de l'agglomération d'Ax-Les-Thermes (09) . Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges (EP, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET et AOR). Le cout des travaux de réhabilitation et d'extension de la STEP de SAVIGNAC est fixé à 7 000 000 HT. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Les phases EP et AVP intègreront également : - une analyse technico-économique comparative entre la réhabilitation de la STEP d'Ignaux et le raccordement du village d'Ignaux à la STEP de Savignac-Les-Ormeaux ; - une analyse technico-économique comparative entre la reconstruction d'une STEP unique pour les communes d'Orgeix et Orlu et, le raccordement de ces deux villages à la STEP de Savignac-Les-Ormeaux. Le cout des travaux des analyses comparatives est fixé à 1 400 000 HT
