    Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) har på vegne af Forsvarskommandoen indgået en kontrakt om anskaffelse af konsulentydelser til understøttelse af udviklingen af en personalemodel for forsvarets kapacitetsopskalering som led i den igangværende styrkelse af forsvarets kampkraft, hvor hensigten er, at personalemodellen skal understøtte forsvarets personaleplanlægning fremadrettet. Dette arbejde er tidligere blevet udført for Forsvarsministeriets Departement af The Boston Consulting Group Nordic AB (herefter "BCG") iht. til en kontrakt som blev indgået på baggrund af Staten og Kommunernes Indkøbsservice A/S' (herefter "SKI") aftale 17.13 om Managementkonsulentydelser efter konkurrenceudsættelse i SKI's dynamiske indkøbssystem. Anskaffelsen skal således videreføre og færdiggøre dette arbejde.
