Request for Tenders(RFT) to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Services to support a review of competition in the market to the Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg). In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of various forms of assistance to ComReg in relation to a review of competition. In the context of ECN/ECS, ComReg’s objectives include facilitating competition in the fixed line market.
