TII421 Public Transport Construction Framework - IMPQQ

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has awarded a Public Transport Construction Framework for building and civil engineering works on and adjacent to the Luas Light Rail system, with an estimated value of €130 million. The framework was awarded on 24 July 2025 to five contractors: Flynn Management and Contractors, GMC Utilities Group, Jons Civil Engineering Company Limited, Pod-Trak Infrastructure, and Stewart Construction, with the highest-ranked tenderer appointed to Lot 1 and the second to fourth-ranked tenderers forming Lot 2. Works under this call-off framework may include the Red Cow Bus Interchange, Luas Red Cow Depot Extension, new bus interchanges, advanced works for new Luas projects, and associated civil engineering activities such as traffic management design, materials supply, quality assurance, and production of safety and handover documentation.
