Overview

Under a partnership agreement with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH) and Fáilte Ireland, the Office of Public Works (OPW) now wish to engage an integrated team of professional service providers to work with the OPW to: • Phase 1 Initial Contract: Investigate and assess the options available to develop the Corlea Trackway Visitor Centre and Site to create a new visitor / tourism hub in the Longford “Just Transition Area” and make a formal recommendation setting out a course of future action; • Phase 2: Undertake the provision of professional services to support the design and construction of the chosen option.
