Damit die Prüfung, Veranlassung und Überwachung von Notsicherungsmaßnahmen dem Denkmalschutz entsprechend geplant, ausgeführt und dokumentiert werden, soll ein auf Denkmalschutz spezialisiertes Büro / Fachplaner gebunden werden für folgende Leistungen: - Überarbeiten vorhandener Pläne als Kartierungsgrundlage - Ermitteln Flächen der geplanten Bauabschnitte - Erstellen Fortschreiben Sicherungskonzept - Erstellen Schadensübersicht mit Kategorisierung aller Fassadenflächen - Befahren Fassaden und Kartieren von Notsicherungsmaßnahmen, Massenermittlung - Erstellen Fortschreiben Rahmenterminplan - Erstellen Erfassungsbögen zur Dokumentation der gesicherten Fassaden - Begleitung Musterflächen des Ausführenden - Überwachen Sicherungsarbeiten ausführende Firmen - baubegleitende Untersuchungen - Monitoring- u Revisionsberichte - Koordination u Überwachung ausführende Firmen - Organisieren u Koordinieren Projekttermine - Einpflegen von Dokumentationsunterlagen in die vorhandene Datenbank.
