Overview
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Erdgaslieferung an aktuell 61 Abnahmestellen der bezugsberechtigten Unternehmen in Hessen. Das Gesamtliefervolumen beträgt: ca. 48 GWh/Jahr. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Moment der Zuschlagserteilung. Der Zuschlag ist geplant für die KW42/2025. Leistungsbeginn ist der 01.01.2026. Die Laufzeit des Vertrages endet am 31.12.2029.
Die Vitos gGmbH schreibt den Auftrag als Öffentliche Auftraggeberin gemäß § 15 der Verordnung über die Vergabe öffentlicher Aufträge (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) im Wege eines Offenen Verfahrens aus.
