Limerick City and County Council procured architectural design consultancy services as Design Team Lead for three 1-bedroom residential units in a single end-of-terrace structure on St Joseph Street, Limerick, to match existing terraced units. The scope included design certification, preparation of fire safety and disability access certificates, and lead consultant appointment for an affordable and social housing project. The contract was awarded to SDD Workshop Ltd trading as David Williams and Co on 19 May 2026.
