Primair ten behoeve van het aankondigen van lokale evenementen, culturele activiteiten en MKB biedt de gemeente Den Haag de mogelijkheid dat reclameframes in de openbare ruimte geplaatst kunnen worden. Dit betreft 2-Signsborden welke gemonteerd zijn aan lichtmasten en reclameframes (formaten A0 en A1) die gemonteerd zijn op verkeersregelkasten, containers en zuilen. Middels deze aanbesteding is de gemeente voornemens een concessieovereenkomst te sluiten t.b.v. de exploitatie van deze 2-signsborden en reclameframes.
