    Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal, nedan benämnt avtal, för bostad med särskild service och daglig verksamhet enligt lag (1993:387) om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade (LSS) och socialtjänstlag (2001:453) (SoL). Upphandlingen är uppdelad i följande fyra delområden: Delområde A. Bostad med särskild service för barn och ungdomar enligt 9 § 8 LSS. Delområde B. Bostad med särskild service för vuxna enligt 9 § 9 LSS. Delområde C. Bostad med särskild service enligt 7 kap 1 § stycket 2 SoL. Delområde D. Daglig verksamhet enligt 9 § 10 LSS. Upphandlingen syftar till att täcka de behov som inte kan tillgodoses i stadens egen regi.
