Overview

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation has increased the target value of an existing framework agreement with IFAD TS A/S for the maintenance of war simulation systems, including software support, system updates, routine servicing, and custom hardware and spare parts. The systems, which include IFACTS, F-INSTR, DART, and others used at locations such as the Naval Tactical School and Oksbøl, train military units across naval, air, and land forces for operational missions. The contract modification was awarded to IFAD TS A/S on 25 June 2025 with a value of 209,400,000 DKK.

    Forsvarsministeriet Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelsen (FMI) ønsker at forhøje målværdien på den eksisterende rammeaftale med IFAD TS A/S om vedligeholdelse af krigssimulationssystemer f.eks. IFACTS, F-INSTR, DART, ACT, IRAS, ISimGW, INTS, 3DVS, IRAD og C-SIM ved f.eks. Søværnets Taktikskole og Oksbøl til oplæring og træning af forsvarets enheder i generel krigsførelse fra skibe, fly og landstyrker, samt når der skal trænes mere specifikke opgaver. Oplæringen og træningen skal medvirke til, at de operative enheder er bedst muligt forberedte til at agere i missionsområder og andre operative indsatser. Den eksisterende rammeaftale omfatter support af software, herunder opdateringer og nye funktioner, løbende service og vedligeholdelse af krigssimulationssystemerne og levering af specialtilpasset hardware og reservedele.
