Overview

The City of Paris (DFA SDA) has awarded framework agreements with purchase order provisions for educational programmes enabling City of Paris and CASVP employees to obtain various state diplomas, split across four separate lots. Six training organizations won the contract on 9 December 2025 for a total value of €15.2 million: AEFPP, the Association for the Management of the Saint-Honoré Training Centre, French Red Cross Association, École Normale Sociale, IRIS (Institute for Social Intervention Resources), and VYV3 Île-de-France.
