Analogisen aineiston digitointi

Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue procured digitization services to convert analog patient records held in its archives into electronic format for integration into a future electronic archive system. The contract, valued at 620,000 EUR and awarded to Vaasan Micro Copy Oy on 21 May 2026, covers a four-year period with a two-year extension option and includes the initial digitization of approximately 80–100 shelf meters of permanently retained patient documents from Kymenlaakson Central Hospital in Kotka, as well as additional digitization services to be commissioned separately during the contract term.
