EirGrid HVDC and Asset Management Services

EirGrid is seeking to procure specialist technical services in the areas of HVDC converter stations, HVAC power systems, onshore and offshore cable services to provide engineering expertise, project management, market assessments, risk assessment and other relevant services in support of service arrangements currently in place, to enhance safety operations and achieve the availability targets. EirGrid has a requirement for a range of HVDC and Asset Management Services. This framework (estimated value excluding VAT €23,000,000) will consist of a mixture of mini-competitions and direct awards via a cascade mechanism, as set out in the procurement documentation. The “Value of the tender” amounts attributed to winning suppliers in Section 6 Results are nominal amounts only.
