    The Health Service Executive (HSE) wishes to establish a new contract on a pilot basis for non-emergency transport for low acuity Service Users in the Greater Dublin Area (the “Service”). The Greater Dublin Area is defined as counties Dublin, Meath, Wicklow and Kildare. The Service requires provision of a small public service type vehicle and a driver who is trained to Emergency Medical Technician standard. The vehicle will be required to transport Service Users to or from a health facility within the Greater Dublin Area. The Service Users will have been secondary triaged by clinicians in the HSE National Emergency Operations Centre (NEOC) clinical hub and deemed suitable to travel without medical intervention from their residence/current location to a health facility or from one health facility to another health facility.
