Trinity College Dublin has awarded a contract for a Project Manager-led Integrated Design Team to deliver professional services for various fit-out, alterations, and construction works at the Student Centre in the Naughton Centre Building. The appointed team comprises Cotter & Naessels Limited, Jeremy Gardner Associates Ireland, Michael Punch & Partners Ltd, Varming Consulting Engineers Ltd, and WH Stephens Ltd, and will provide project management, quantity surveying, architecture, civil and structural engineering, fire safety engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineering services, including statutory approvals and compliance. The contract, valued at €568,956.85, was awarded on 22 April 2026.
