sRFT for the Provision of ICT Resources to work in the Department’s Business Intelligence Development Team

To procure suitably skilled, creative and forward-thinking resources to supplement the team who will work with DSP resources to: - Design, build and deliver solutions to reporting requirements of the Department’s business areas. - Continue to develop, build and maintain the Department’s Data Warehouses - Assist and advise on new Business Intelligence toolsets and future state technologies - Advise on information architecture best practices - Work with business areas to fulfil reporting requirements to drive operational efficiency and inform decision making, using visualisation and dashboard solutions as needed. - Work with other teams engaged in the overall support, maintenance and enhancement of core systems to ensure continuity of services and delivery of quality solutions - Upskill DSP staff through the medium of coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing and skills transfer.
