    De opdracht houdt in: het verzorgen van praktische verkeerseducatie aan leerlingen op (speciaal) basisonderwijs in de gemeente Den Haag. De doelgroep betreft leerlingen van groep 1 tot en met groep 8. Het doel van deze opdracht is om meer kinderen veilig te leren fietsen en hen voor te bereiden op het verkeersexamen, zodat zij veilig naar de middelbare school en hun sportclubs kunnen fietsen. Dit doel wordt binnen het programma veilig leren fietsen behaald aan de hand van drie modules: 1. Fietsvaardigheidstraining en lesmateriaalverhuur (de basis van het programma); 2. Aanleg van verkeerspleinen; 3. Fietscontroledagen.
