  • Fortführung der Durchführung, Qualitätssicherung und des Veranstaltungsmanagements des Qualifizierungsprogramms im Bereich Eingliederungshilfe -SGB IX- für die Teilhabefachdienste Soziales und das Landesamt für Gesundheit und Soziales im Land Berlin

    Laut § 97 SGB IX fällt dem Träger der Eingliederungshilfe, hier der für Soziales zuständigen Senatsverwaltung die Aufgabe zu, die Fachkräfte des Trägers der Eingliederungshilfe in den Bezirken für den Bereich Soziales sowie des Landesamtes für Gesundheit und Soziales (LAGeSo) zu schulen und die Perspektive von Menschen mit Behinderungen kennenzulernen, bzw. einzubinden. Zur weiteren Sicherstellung der Fachkräftequalifizierung (Teilhabefachdienste Soziales) soll auch für die kommenden Jahre 2026/27 eine Ausschreibung erfolgen. Die/ der Auftragnehmer/in soll weiterhin die Umsetzung der Qualifizierung organisatorisch wie inhaltlich sicherstellen, dazu zählt neben der Beauftragung und Betreuung der Dozierenden in Form eines regelmäßig stattfindenden Fachaustausches die kontinuierliche wissenschaftliche Begleitung, Auswertung sowie ggf. Anpassung des Curriculums entlang der Bedarfe der Teilhabefachdienste sowie der rechtlichen Änderungen oder Neuerungen.
