Multi-Party Framework for the provision of Public Relations and Communications Services for the Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA)

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for Public Relations and Communications Services. The range of services required under this framework include: - Media relations and general communications management (including press conferences/press calls and associated activities); - Facilitation of community relations services - Stakeholder communications and engagement services (including stakeholder events) - Communications strategy and campaign development - Issues management (particular policies and goals) services - Effective crisis planning and management services - Media training for key spokespersons (in conjunction with other service providers if necessary) - Internal communications strategy and services - Press Release Writing Services - Sourcing and management of Ancillary Services (photography, videography and event management)
