Overview

The Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment is seeking a service provider to design and administer recruitment and selection processes in accordance with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice. The contractor will develop and execute end-to-end recruitment campaigns for multiple posts across the duration of the contract to deliver qualified appointees within agreed timeframes.     The successful Tenderer must design and administer in consultation with the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, an effective, efficient and fair recruitment and selection process for the Department, in line with the Commission for Public Service Code of Practice for appointments to positions in the Civil and Public Service. This will involve developing and implementing, to completion, recruitment campaigns for a number of posts throughout the duration of the contract. These campaigns are expected to produce a number of appointees to an agreed standard within the timeframes set by the Department.
