The Local Enterprise Office (LEO) South Cork and Cork North and West invites responses to this Call for Tenders (CFT) to establish eleven (11) Multi-Party Framework Agreements from suitably qualified tenderers. Applications are invited from competent persons with the relevant experience, expertise and qualifications in areas described in the eleven Lots as set out below. Tenderers may apply for one, some or all Lots. The Services are for the delivery of the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) South Cork and Cork North and West Mentoring programme. Applications are invited from competent persons with the relevant experience, expertise and qualifications across Eleven (11) Lots in the following areas – • Lot 1 – General Business Advice and Business Planning / Strategy • Lot 2 – Finance and Financial Management • Lot 3 – Marketing and Sales and PR/Communications • Lot 4 – Social Media and Digital Marketing • Lot 5 – Software / SAAS Technology and Digitisation / Information Systems • Lot 6 – Food and Drinks and Food Safety Compliance • Lot 7 – Retail / Creative / Tourism • Lot 8 - Export / International Trade Development / Scaling • Lot 9 – Green / Sustainability • Lot 10 – HR • Lot 11 – Innovation and Product Development Tenderers applying for more than one, some or all Lots must complete all relevant sections of the Tender Response Document (TRD) in respect of each Lot for which they are applying.
