Einmischsystem zur Polymermodifizierung und -additivierung
Für laufende und geplante Forschungsprojekte ist die Beschaffung eines Einarbeitungssystems zur Polymermodifizierung und -additivierung (im Folgenden als Compoundiersystem bezeichnet) geplant, das eine gezielte Anpassung von Polymeren ermöglicht. Das Compoundiersystem muss darauf spezialisiert sein, Polymermodifikationen durch Additivierung zu realisieren, wobei ein Aufbau der Polymerketten durch die Zugabe von Additiven wie Kettenverlängerern geregelt wird. Es muss auch eine derartige Compoundierung, bei der der Polymeraufbau aktiv beeinflusst wird sowie die Zugabe von Verstärkungsfasern aus Kohlenstoff- bzw. Glas- oder Graphitadditiven zulassen. Eine Compoundierkapazität von mindestens 70 kg/h muss dem System eine flexible und effiziente Produktion im Pilotmaßstab ermöglichen. Durch spezielle Schneckenmischelemente muss eine präzise Durchmischung und Verarbeitung von Recyclingkunststoffen sichergestellt werden. Darüber hinaus muss das Compoundiersystem über eine Granulierfunktion verfügen, die die Herstellung von in der Länge angepassten Granulaten für weitere Verarbeitungsprozesse ermöglicht. Alle in den Vergabeunterlagen genannten Details beschreiben die zwingend zu erfüllenden Mindestanforderungen der zu erbringenden Leistung.
