    Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die Erbringung von Agenturleistungen für Zeitschriftenabonnements. Die Leistung beinhaltet die Lieferung von nicht preisgebundenen ausländischen Zeitschriften mit Erscheinungsort innerhalb und außerhalb der Europäischen Union (ca. 169 Zeitschriftentitel). Der Liefermodus ist abhängig vom Zeitschriftentitel Print, E-Only oder Print und Online. Es ist geplant die Rahmenvereinbarung über die in dieser Ausschreibung aufgeführten Leistungen für den Zeitraum vom 01.01.2026 bis 31.12.2027 mit der Option der Verlängerung jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr abzuschließen. Die jeweilige Verlängerung tritt automatisch in Kraft, wenn diese Rahmenvereinbarung nicht mit einer Frist von 6 Monaten zum 31.12. des jeweiligen Vertragsjahres gekündigt wird. Die maximale Laufzeit dieser Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 48 Monate.
