Client Representative Services for Convent Avenue, Fairview, Dublin 3 and Establishment of a Multiple Operator Framework Agreement for Focus Housing Association

Focus Housing Association has awarded client representative services for the Convent Avenue, Fairview development project comprising 37 one-bedroom apartments and associated works. The services, which include Employers Representative, Employers Agent roles, part-time Clerk of Works, and Fire Safety Design Review, have been awarded to A2 Architects, BLDG Chartered Surveyors, McMahon Associates, and Niall Keely and Associates under a multiple operator framework agreement. The framework will also cover future new build and refurbishment projects for the organisation.
