    Kildare, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown and Wexford County Councils intend to appoint an Architect consultant firm with this tender and establish a 4-year Framework Agreement for Architectural services for the development of several similar projects under Housing for All for Kildare, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown and Wexford County Councils. This Framework will Provide for the Provision of Design and Build and, Traditional Architectural Services on Future Projects. Established on the Initial contract for the construction of 85 social and affordable units at Old Caragh Road, Naas, Co. Kildare for Kildare County Council. The Proposed development has received stage 1 approval from the Department of Housing Planning Local Government and Heritage. The proposal will be constructed using a Public Works Contract for Buildings Designed by the Contractor (Design and Build contract) and may be tendered to a Framework Agreement for Design and Build contractors utilizing MMC (modern methods of construction). Participating Local Authorities in this framework are Kildare County Council; Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council; and Wexford County Council.
