The Irish Centre for Business Excellence is procuring a single-party framework agreement for the delivery of an accredited NFQ Level 8 Honours Degree programme in Management, Operations, Quality and Process Improvement, delivered part-time in a blended format. The programme is targeted at employees of APS Skillnet member companies across Ireland, covering an initial intake starting by 28 February 2027 and up to three intakes overall.
