Cork North Docks – Quay Wall Structural Survey

Cork City Council is seeking structural survey services to assess the condition and integrity of the quay wall at the North Docks, including submerged elements. The contractor will identify existing defects, determine required remedial works to support construction and scheme loads—such as an 800mm fill raise and public realm loading—and identify works that can be deferred. The scope also includes delivering a prioritised, phased programme of remedial recommendations to support future work procurement.
