BE3775C UL - RFT for the Supply of E-Bikes

The University of Limerick has awarded a contract for the supply of up to 80 e-bikes, GPS trackers, and associated equipment for the ISCycle2 project, which aims to provide sustainable cycling access to parents with children in disadvantaged schools and adults aged 65+ in lower-income areas. The procurement includes a mix of bike types suited to different user groups, including cargo bikes for parents, step-through and tricycle models for older adults, and compact folding bikes to accommodate storage constraints in apartment and terraced housing. The contract was awarded on 8 September 2026 for €180,000.
