RFT for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Calibration of Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (ITC) for Protein Complexes for Trinity College Dublin

Trinity College Dublin has been awarded a contract valued at €73,025.17 for the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and calibration of an Isothermal Titration Calorimeter (ITC) to measure heat evolved or absorbed from protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions in support of a Research Ireland grant. The equipment must include a new or minimally used state-of-the-art calorimeter with approximately 200 micro-liter experimental and reference cells, temperature range of 4–60°C, and software capable of analysing 1:1 and complex binding models to determine dissociation constants, enthalpy, and entropy, with compatibility for Origin 7 files preferred for data continuity.
